The duration of recruitment depends on various factors, primarily the type and scale of the process. Implementing standard warehouse operations outsourcing typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks. For more complex processes, the implementation timeline by the Opteamic Group depends on the specifics of the task, including the level of expertise required from the employees managing the processes.

To ensure effective implementation, precise performance and quality indicators are established. Following implementation, there’s an optimization phase where we analyze data and KPIs to fine-tune objectives and ensure the highest service quality in line with client expectations.

The cost of process outsourcing services is calculated individually by our team, based on factors such as project size, service location, and the level of specialization required for the team to take over the client’s internal processes

Additionally, outsourcing certain processes to an external company can reduce costs related to hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employees.

In the case of hiring foreign employees, the responsibility for correct documentation regarding work and residency legalization lies with the employer, i.e., the outsourcing company.
